Argan oil is used in cooking to enhance the flavor all types of dishes, sweet or savory. Its subtle taste of hazelnut and grilled almonds is a perfect complement to salads, couscous, tajines, meat, fish and desserts. Argan oil is used as is, and is added at the end of the cooking process so that it retains its full nutritional and gastronomical value.

This argan oil is made from the fruit of the argan tree which grows wild in southwest Morocco. The fruit is lightly torrified before the oil is extracted, which gives the oil its subtle zest.

Organic cooking argan oil is very rich in vitamin E and in omega 6 linoleic and omega 9 oleic unsaturated fatty acids, which gives it its exceptional nutritional and dietary qualities.
